1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You agree to immediately notify phwl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phwl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your actions or omissions. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of identity verification procedures and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100, and maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and VIP tier status. 4. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity and Randomness

Where prohibited activity is detected or suspected, phwl reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation, void bets, confiscate winnings, and report suspicious activity to Philippine law enforcement authorities including PAGCOR and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

4.3 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, communication failure, or software error, all affected bets and payouts are void and will be refunded. Where an incorrect payout is made due to technical error, phwl reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance accordingly, whether in phwl's favor or yours. You agree to notify phwl immediately upon discovering any game malfunction or payout error. Continued play after discovering an error or malfunction may constitute fraud and will result in account termination.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

7. Account Closure and Termination

Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at phwl's sole discretion and subject to enhanced verification procedures.

7.2 Involuntary Termination

phwl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect or determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or where continued operation of your account poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to phwl. To the extent permitted by law, phwl's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your phwl account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the phwl platform shall first be submitted to phwl customer support for good-faith negotiation and resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby irrevocably consen t to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phwl concerning your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

11.3 Assignment

11.4 No Waiver
